2. Data the App uses

3. What reaches our servers
- Municipality and street searches and the calendar request (municipality identifier and zone), needed to provide the Service.
- One anonymous statistics event when you complete setup (municipality, zone, random device code).
- If you choose to report an error: the text you write, your configured municipality, zone and street and, only if you enter it, your email address so we can reply.
- Ordinary technical connection data (IP address, device type) kept in server logs for at most 14 days for security and diagnostics.
There are no accounts, passwords, names or phone numbers. We use no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics.
4. Location and notifications
The App never accesses your device location (GPS): you choose your zone by typing an address. Reminders are local notifications scheduled by your phone; permission is requested only when you enable them and can be revoked at any time in the system or App settings.
5. Service providers
Our servers are located in a data center in the United States operated on our behalf. Error-report emails are delivered through Resend (Resend Inc.) to our mailbox and contain only the information described in section 3.
6. Retention
- Data on your phone: until you delete it (changing location or uninstalling the App).
- Server technical logs: 14 days.
- Anonymous statistics: indefinitely, as they cannot be linked to a person.
- Error reports: as long as needed to handle them; an email address you provided is deleted after we reply and in any case within 12 months.
7. Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable US state laws you may request access, rectification or deletion of data concerning you (in practice only an email address left in an error report) by writing to the address in section 1. EU residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
8. Children
The App collects no personal data and may be used by anyone; it does not request or verify age.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date.
