Terms of Use for the EcoDomani mobile application (iOS and Android). Last updated: September 14, 2026.

Plain-language summary. EcoDomani helps you remember which waste to put out for collection. The calendars come from the public schedules of local waste operators and may contain errors or change without notice. Always check your operator's official information. We are not responsible for missed collections or fines.

1. Who we are

The EcoDomani application ("App") and the related services ("Service") are provided by BITMAP CODERS LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Nevada, United States ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@bitmapcoders.com.

2. Acceptance

By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3. What the Service does

The App shows waste-collection calendars for the Italian municipality and zone you select, and can schedule local reminders on your device. The calendars are derived from schedules published by municipalities and waste-management operators. We do not operate any collection service and we are not affiliated with any operator or municipality.

4. No warranty on calendar accuracy

Schedules may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or may change without notice (for example on public holidays or after operator decisions). The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. You remain solely responsible for verifying collection days with your operator and for complying with local waste regulations.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BITMAP CODERS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, nor for missed collections, fines, penalties, or any other loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App or from reliance on the information it displays. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the preceding twelve months or ten US dollars (USD 10).

7. Intellectual property

The App, its name, logos, illustrations (including the bin mascots), design and code are owned by BITMAP CODERS LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

8. Privacy

The App does not require an account and does not use location services. What little data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy (also available in Italian).

9. Changes and termination

We may update, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; the current version, with its date, is always published at trashremind4u.com/terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store or Google Play, the terms of those stores also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App.
